Who we are

Willimantic Interior Design is the consumer-facing brand of Willimantic Interior Design Gallery LLC. Since 1998, we have helped homeowners, designers, and contractors find quality interior finishing products, including wall mirrors, sconces, shelf & hook hardware, switch plates, and decorative home accents. We operate from our Business Office in Baltic, Connecticut, and welcome customers to our Design Showroom in Willimantic, while also serving customers nationwide through our online store.

Using our site

You're welcome to browse, shop, and create an account with us, provided you're at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian's permission. When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under that account. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, let us know right away.

We ask that you use the site as intended — no scraping our catalog, no attempting to disrupt the site's functionality, and no using it for anything unlawful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Orders and pricing

Everything on our site is listed in US dollars. We work hard to keep prices and product details accurate, but mistakes happen — if we catch a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll reach out before processing anything, and you're free to cancel if the corrected price doesn't work for you.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale until we confirm it. Occasionally an item goes out of stock faster than our system catches — if that happens with something you've ordered, we'll contact you about a refund or a substitute.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability. Any charges will be refunded promptly if an order is canceled.

Shipping and returns

We ship within the United States only, with orders typically processed in 1–2 business days and arriving in 5–8 business days total. Full shipping details, including our free-shipping threshold, are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges follow the terms in our Refund Policy, which allows for returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

Product information

We do our best to represent our products accurately, including photos, dimensions, and finishes. That said, screen displays vary, and slight differences in color or texture between what you see online and what arrives are normal, not a defect.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — product photography, descriptions, layout, and branding — belongs to Willimantic Interior Design or our licensors. You're welcome to browse and shop, but please don't copy, reproduce, or repurpose our content elsewhere without asking first.

Limitation of liability

We stand behind what we sell, but we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond what's required by law. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our business grows or regulations change. The version posted on our site at the time of your order is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
