Shipping Policy

Order something from Willimantic Interior Design and here's what happens next.

The clock starts when you check out. Place your order before 6 PM and we count that as day one. Order after 6 PM, and we start the clock the next morning instead — it just means our team hasn't had a chance to touch your order yet, so we'd rather be upfront about it than promise something we can't deliver.

From there, expect 1 to 2 business days for us to pull your item, box it properly (mirrors and glass sconces get extra care), and hand it off to the carrier. Once it's out the door, transit typically runs another 4 to 6 business days depending on where in the country you're located. Add it up and most orders land on your doorstep somewhere between 5 and 8 business days after checkout.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $12 for most orders shipped within the United States. Your shipping cost will always be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. If you're outside the US, we're not able to fulfill that order right now — we'd rather tell you that upfront than take your money and disappoint you later.

Orders are typically shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another trusted shipping carrier, depending on the destination and package size.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

A note on weekends and holidays: our "business days" mean Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. An order placed Friday evening won't start processing until Monday.

Tracking gets emailed to you the moment your package ships, so you're never left wondering where things stand. If a delivery date comes and goes without your package showing up, don't sit on it — email contact@willimanticinterior.com or call 860-423-6082 and we'll chase it down with the carrier on your behalf.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Willimantic Interior Design has been shipping mirrors, sconces, hardware, and finishing pieces out of Connecticut since 1998. We treat every box the same way we'd want one to arrive at our own front door.
